Users of Sintelle Capital’s website, mobile applications, and other
interfaces (collectively referred to as the “Site”) are safeguarded by the
privacy guidelines outlined in the following paragraphs (as amended or
otherwise modified and in effect from time to time, the “Privacy Policy”). You
